Guests are welcome to book their tickets in advance at full price to secure their spot. Upon arrival, simply visit the ticket booth with proper identification and we will gladly process your ½ ticket refund.

Is this cruise narrated?
Yes! The first portion of the cruise features a patriotic narration celebrating America’s history and the spirit of freedom. After the narration, enjoy patriotic music as you continue cruising the Colorado River.Is food included?
Food is not included, but our lunch and snack menu is available for purchase throughout the cruise, along with beverages from our full-service bar.Is there assigned seating?
No. Seating is first come, first served. Guests are welcome to enjoy both the open-air top deck and our air-conditioned indoor cabin.Is this cruise family-friendly?
Absolutely! Freedom Fridays are designed for guests of all ages and are a fun way to celebrate together.Is the cruise wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We can accommodate wheelchairs aboard the Grand Celebration. While powered scooters cannot be accommodated, we do have a loaner wheelchair available if a transfer is needed.Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes! Active-duty and retired military members, as well as first responders—including police officers, firefighters, and EMTs—receive 50% off one Freedom Friday cruise ticket. This special offer is our way of thanking those who serve our community and our country.Please be prepared to present a valid military or first responder ID when checking in.

24 hour cancellation policy; No show guests and same day cancellations will forfeit full fare. All cancelled tickets will be charged a $5 per person processing fee. All cancellation requests must be must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].London Bridge Jet Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel tours if the minimum requirement of passengers has not been met. In the event that the Jet Boat has any mechanical issues while on the return of the tour, London Bridge Jet Boat Tours will be responsible for getting all passengers back to their drop off destination, there will be no refunds issued in this event.
