Two hundred and fifty years ago, a bold mission began on the shores of a young nation. This year we’re inviting you to raise a cold glass, out on the water, to that legacy! With the wind in your face and the Colorado River stretching out before you, we will pay tribute to the story of our great nation.

We’re proud to introduce our newest experience aboard the Grand Celebration: Freedom Friday, a 90-minute patriotic river cruise designed to slow things down, take in the beauty of our surroundings, and reconnect with the story of how this country came to be.

What to expect onboard

Once you’re aboard and settled in with your favorite cold drink in hand, the experience unfolds in two memorable acts.

First, a 20-minute guided narration brings to life some of the early trials and triumphs that shaped the United States. Unlike a history lecture, this is a story, told with the kind of reverence and wonder that the founding era deserves. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or just curious, it’s a reminder of how remarkable this nation’s beginnings truly were.

After the narration, sit back and let the music take over. Familiar patriotic songs fill the air as the Grand Celebration glides along the Colorado River. With the beautiful surrounding mountains, open skies, and shimmering water, providing a backdrop that feels tailor-made for the occasion. It’s the kind of afternoon you’ll want to linger in.
