Justin’s culinary journey began at just 11 years old, inspired by his mom and aunt, who opened their own restaurant, the Silver Spoon. It was there that Justin’s passion for cooking ignited, and under his mom’s guidance, he honed the skills that now contribute to the culinary delights served on the Grand Celebration.
